Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Bachelor with experience in implementing and supporting ERP payroll modules to ensure proper functionality and calculation, providing advisory services and user training. Key Points: 1. Specialized support for ERP payroll modules. 2. Ensure correct functionality and calculation of payroll. 3. Advisory services and user training on payroll processes. Description Education: Systems Engineering, Bachelor in Systems (fields related to information technology) Mandatory Experience: Implementation of payroll modules, user support for payroll modules within any ERP system (e.g., NOMIPAQ, FORTIA, etc.). NOTE: Candidates without direct support experience for payroll modules will not be considered. Main Responsibilities: · Verify that all formulas within the payroll module are correct. · Confirm that the ERP performs calculations accurately and without errors, according to specifications provided by each user. · Provide necessary support to resolve issues arising during payroll calculation. · Develop work plans. · Conduct comprehensive testing to verify proper system functionality. · Provide advisory services, accompaniment, and assistance to users of the payroll module to resolve day-to-day issues. · Monitor, understand, and conduct internal training regarding updates related to payroll topics.
