




**Area:** Operations **Reports to:** Operations Manager **Position type:** Operational – Field Execute the installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems for voice, data, and video, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and established timelines to guarantee proper operation of the client’s communication networks. **Key Responsibilities** * Install and route structured cabling (UTP, FTP, STP, optical fiber) in accordance with TIA/EIA and ISO standards. * Terminate, label, and organize network outlets, patch panels, racks, and cabinets. * Perform testing, certification, and diagnostics of network links. * Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on cabling infrastructure. * Identify and resolve faults in network links and cabling. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper identification of installed infrastructure. * Comply with safety protocols, use of PPE, and client guidelines. * Prepare technical reports and photographic evidence of completed work. * Support the installation of network equipment (switches, routers, access points, CCTV, etc.). * Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet project schedules. **Position Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year in structured cabling (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electrical and hand tools. * Availability for fieldwork and variable working hours. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Ongoing technical training * Professional growth opportunities * Job stability Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $7,766.80 – $15,442.38 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
