Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure team, a key role in delivering technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of our systems. At **JA Technology**, we are looking for talent to join our **Infrastructure** team as a **Technical Support Analyst**, a key position for delivering technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of our systems. **Profile We Are Seeking** **Age:** 20 to 35 years old **Education:** Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field **Language:** Spanish and basic technical English (reading) **Willingness to travel:** Yes **Technical Knowledge** * Operating systems: **Windows 10 / 11 and macOS** * Diagnosis and repair of **PCs, laptops, and servers** * Networks: **TCP/IP, IP configurations, VPN, LAN, switching** * Use of **ticketing and remote support tools** **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Manage and track support tickets. ✔ Diagnose and resolve **hardware and software** issues (PCs, laptops, printers, operating systems). ✔ Provide **network and connectivity** support (VPN, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi). ✔ Diagnose and resolve incidents in **video surveillance systems (CCTV)**. ✔ Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on computer equipment. ✔ Provide **remote support** using specialized tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.). ✔ Document solutions and update the **knowledge base** to improve incident response. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms * Weekly salary Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM Must have availability **Address:** Av.
