Rubber and Gasket Industrial Group is looking for: ***Maintenance Assistant*** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in executing the Annual Maintenance Program (Machinery and Electrical and Pneumatic Facilities) * Meet established objectives and strategies through the OGSM system (Objective, Goal, Strategy, and Metrics) * Carry out scheduled activities (Facilities, Repairs, and Maintenance) * Use correctly the resources provided for executing maintenance activities. * Conduct inspection rounds of facilities to identify and resolve issues. * Comply with and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. * Daily equipment review using the Autonomous Maintenance Form. * Address anomalies related to machinery and equipment failures. * Clean the company’s periphery. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned maintenance areas. * Weekly inspection of units for cleaning and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in electricity, electronics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Salary commensurate with experience. **We offer:** * Weekly base salary * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,100.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed higher technical degree (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
