Position Summary: We are seeking a technical leader with solid experience in .NET development to coordinate and execute technology projects, ensuring compliance and effective communication. Applies both agile and traditional methodologies in project management. **We are looking for:** Technical Leader / IT Project Manager (.NET) **León, Guanajuato \| On-site** **Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We seek a professional with strong technical expertise in .NET development and leadership skills to coordinate and execute high-impact technology projects. This role combines project management with technical supervision of development teams. You will be responsible for ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects: planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Gather requirements and perform functional analysis. * Coordinate development teams and track deliverables. * Document project progress, risks, agreements, and outcomes. * Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and service quality. * Collaborate with technical teams, key users, and external vendors. * Propose process, architecture, and methodology improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field. * Solid experience in .NET / .NET Core development (version 8\) * API development (REST, Web API) * Experience with architectures: three-tier and microservices * Database management: queries, subqueries, and optimization * Unit testing (NUnit) * Use of tools such as Postman and Swagger * Implementation of authentication (Bearer Token, JWT) * Backend development experience with C\# * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) * Experience in system integration (desirable in financial sector) * Experience in managing technology projects * Tracking of deliverables and stakeholder management * Knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum) * Azure DevOps * CI/CD * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar * Analytical ability, technical documentation, and communication skills **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem solving * Results orientation * Collaborative work * Analytical thinking * Leadership and experience managing development teams * Technical mentoring and coaching * Time organization and management * Effective communication and results orientation **If you are interested and meet the profile, we invite you to apply.**
