Excellent communication and customer service skills. **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible and professional Internal Security Guard tasked with safeguarding company property and personnel, as well as delivering quality service to all external personnel entering the facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor facilities via CCTV systems and preventive patrols. * Receive and register access of employees, customers, visitors, suppliers, and external personnel (e.g., politicians, athletes, artists, etc.). * Control internal vehicle access. * Receive and route documents to the appropriate department. * Receive, read, and act upon daily logs and instructions. * Ensure smooth operations in accordance with assigned instructions. * Prepare incident and shift activity reports. * Respond calmly and efficiently to incidents and emergency situations. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school (Preparatoria / Bachillerato). * Minimum 2 years of experience in internal security or surveillance. * Knowledge of and experience operating CCTV systems. * Ability to draft reports and formal documentation. * Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. * Service-oriented attitude, discretion, and strong sense of responsibility. **Skills and Competencies** * Customer service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Observation skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability. * Teamwork and adherence to instructions. * Basic computer skills (preferred).
