CNC Operator and Programmer

Description

Job Summary: Programs, sets up, operates, and optimizes component production on CNC machines, interpreting drawings, developing CAM programs, and supervising processes to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machine programming and operation 2. 2D/3D drawing interpretation and CAM software usage 3. Cycle time optimization and process efficiency improvement Program, set up, operate, and optimize component production on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Interpret technical drawings in 2D and 3D, develop machining programs using CAM software (Mastercam), select appropriate cutting tools and parameters, supervise machining processes, and ensure parts meet quality specifications. Coordinate production activities during assigned shifts and continuously seek cycle time optimization and process efficiency improvement.
