Generation of reports and incident logging. **Job Description** A leading transportation sector company is seeking a **Logistics Controller** to join its vehicle monitoring and tracking department. We seek responsible individuals with a results-driven mindset, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to effectively manage real-time information. **Requirements** * Flexible availability for shift work. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**. * Proficiency in using **maps** and geolocation tools. * Strong **active listening** skills. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in monitoring, logistics, or vehicle control. **Main Responsibilities** * Real-time vehicle monitoring via **GPS** systems. * Tracking, monitoring, and control of **scheduled trips**. * Continuous communication with operators to ensure adherence to routes and schedules. * Preparation of **reports and status updates** for internal and external clients. * Management of alerts and events detected through satellite tracking. * Collection and recording of incident information during trips. **Work Schedule** * **12-hour shifts**: * 7:30 am to 7:30 pm * 7:30 pm to 7:30 am * 3 days off and 4 days on per week. **Benefits** * Savings fund. * Retirement savings plan. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers in addition to salary. * Statutory benefits. * Medical and psychological services.
