Job objective: Manage the process documents, such as the Production Control Plan, Process FMEA, Process Flow Diagram, Visual Aids, Work Instructions, HOE, ET, Formulas, etc., ensuring they are kept up to date in the quality suite and are available on the production floor. **Requirements:** * **Industrial, automotive, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering degree.** * **Proven experience in automotive industry.** * **Advanced English (ESSENTIAL).** * Knowledge of automotive leather processes. * Experience in the development and implementation of FMEA and Control Plan. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, manage, coordinate, and follow up on tests for product/process improvement. * Generate temporary quality alerts prior to the formal validation of a process change. * Train Production personnel on the product/process characteristics that must be met during product/process changes. **Experience:** * Product or Process Engineering: 1 year (Required) * Automotive Leather Industry: 1 year (Required) * Core Tools Management: 1 year (Required) * Development and Implementation of FMEA and Control Plan: 1 year (Required) Employment type: Full time Salary: Starting at $22,222.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Dining room service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in automotive leather?
