*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company RECLUTA ENSE in Zona Centro - Ensenada, Baja California** **SEEKING A JAVASCRIPT QA ENGINEER FOR A LEADING CONSULTING FIRM IN THE CITY OF ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA** We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our global team to develop and execute tests that ensure product quality and meet company standards. As well as creating well-structured, comprehensive, and detailed test cases and test plans. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field, graduated ("NOT STUDENTS). * Intermediate English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills. * Experience with JavaScript, React, and testing frameworks. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation or hybrid QA roles (manual and automated) in production environments. * Experience in planning and coordinating testing activities and documenting defects. * Experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Basic experience managing relational and non-relational databases, as well as command sequencing (PostgreSQL, Mongo, and others). * Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (at least 2 years). * Experience in end-to-end test automation using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or others. * Knowledge of integration testing using tools like Jest + Supertest, Mocha, or Chai. * Experience writing and executing automated tests for REST APIs. * Extensive knowledge using tools such as Postman, Newman, or others. * Basic knowledge of error monitoring tools (LogRocket, Sentry, etc). * Experience in cross-browser testing (responsive testing). * Basic knowledge of Docker for setting up local testing environments. * Quality-oriented mindset focused on error prevention, not just detection. * Knowledge of programming languages (highly desirable).
