Job description and activity details We are seeking a **Quality Systems Engineer**, Primary job objective: Support the organization’s certification process for the tri-norm ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and business expansion. **Specific Job Responsibilities** * Manage documented information through the QDOC digital system. * Ensure regulatory compliance of system documents. * Optimize document management system processes. * Digitally transform documented information. * Maintain information security within the digital repository. * Provide user assistance and training for the system. * Collaborate with coordinators and issuers to develop system procedures and work instructions. * Report any nonconformities that may affect the effective performance of the quality management system. * Monitor performance indicators and propose solutions when targets are not met. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Follow up on corrective actions with the team until closure. * Collaborate with the QMS coordinator to prepare audit programs. * Coordinate with the EMS and OHSMS coordinators to develop audit programs. * Manage corrective actions through the QDOC digital system. * Manage follow-up on internal audits and nonconformities through the QDOC digital system. Experience and Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * **Skills**: Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, assertive communication, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and collaborative. * Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience creating dashboards in Power BI. * Project management and teamwork experience. * Proficiency in statistical tools. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards. * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent. * Document control experience using digital systems. * Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies: 7-step problem solving, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, QRQC, 5 Whys. * Core tools. * Knowledge of LEAN principles. * Experience conducting internal/external audits.
