




Description and details of activities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machinery. * Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic failures. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities in computerized systems. * Interpret blueprints, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, service manuals, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. * Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Propose improvements to equipment or processes to increase reliability and efficiency. * Participate in equipment installations, relocations, or modifications when required. * Provide technical support during production startups, mold adjustments, or testing of new tools. * Manage the proper use of tools, spare parts, and diagnostic equipment. Experience and requirements * Level: Technical, ongoing or incomplete Engineering degree. * Field: Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar. * 2 years of experience preferably in plastic injection molding companies. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends if required. * Desired experience in robot maintenance, temperature controllers, and injection process peripherals. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and other machinery processes. * Ability to read electronic diagrams and technical blueprints. * Computer and MS Office proficiency. * Experience using measurement and technical diagnostic tools. * Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. * Effective detection and resolution of technical failures.
