Description and details of activities **ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION** * Performs electrical and mechanical repairs on equipment and/or machines. * Performs minor repairs to correct failures or replace parts. * Prepares reports to specify equipment faults and corrections. * Installs and dismantles equipment. * Rebuilds damaged machines and/or equipment. * Replaces defective parts in machines and/or equipment. * Modifies complex electromechanical installations to make them more efficient. * Prepares periodic reports on activities performed. * Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized. * Complies with the company's Integrated Hygiene and Safety Standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Comply with the company's safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain optimal operation of equipment, building, and company machinery. * Comply with internal work regulations. * Must always seek continuous improvement, using lean manufacturing tools provided by the company. Experience and requirements **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS** * Service-oriented attitude. * Knowledge and experience in CNC machine repair. * Basic metrology (measuring tape, caliper). * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Flexible schedule availability. * Education: Technical degree in mechanical and/or electromechanical fields. * Metal-mechanical experience is a plus.
