The Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting daily domestic and international shipping operations, with a focus on coordinating transportation and preparing documentation for export and import. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials and finished products across the border, contributing to meeting deadlines, packaging quality, and customs requirements. **Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate and schedule daily shipments across the border (import/export). \- Prepare, review, and manage logistics and customs documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping orders, manifests, etc.). \- Communicate and coordinate with the Packaging department to define the type of packaging, protection, pallets, labeling, and presentation of packages according to the type of transport, destination, and priorities. \- Request, coordinate, and follow up on local, domestic, and international transport. \- Track the status of shipments, deliveries, and customs releases in real time. \- Maintain up\-to\-date and accurate records in internal logistics control systems. \- Resolve incidents in coordination with internal departments (warehouse, production, purchasing) and external suppliers (carriers, customs agents). \- Support additional activities related to Supply Chain and Operations when required. **Requirements:** \- 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or shipping coordination. \- Technical or professional degree in logistics, administration, international business, or related field (desirable). \- Bilingual in Spanish and English (intermediate\-advanced). \- Basic knowledge of customs procedures, IMMEX, or foreign trade (desirable). \- Proficiency with Office tools and/or ERP/WMS systems. \- Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines. \- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. \- Availability to work on this schedule: *Monday \- Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.* *Saturdays from 6 am to 2 pm.* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you able to work on the scheduled mentioned? * Are you able to have a fluent conversation in English?
