




1. Monitoring of computer systems that reflect the health status of all products implemented with customers. 2. Detection and tracking to resolve incidents occurring during product operations. 3. Handling incoming calls for activation, cancellation, or modification of debit card customer parameters. 4. Addressing technical support requests regarding the operation of all products.
