Located at *Tijuana \- Rosarito 2000 Corridor, Tijuana, B.C.* We are looking for: **IT Support** Responsibilities: * Technical support for users in hardware and software. * Installation and configuration of computer equipment. * Ticket or incident handling and follow-up. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Printer, email, and access configuration. * Support on network and internet issues. * IT equipment control and inventory. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in technical support. * Knowledge of Windows, Office, and basic networking. * Equipment maintenance experience. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
