




**General Description** Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all transportation, logistics and cargo movement operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, administrative control and proper personnel management. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and scheduling of local and long-distance routes. * Supervision of vehicles: tractor-trailers, roll\-off trucks, dump trucks and cargo trucks. * Control of operational costs: fuel, maintenance, per diems, tolls and performance per unit. * Coordination of operators, operational and administrative staff. * Implementation of safety, punctuality, discipline and regulatory compliance procedures. * Monitoring of documentation, permits and logs. * Preparation of productivity, cost and efficiency reports. * Customer service for current clients. * Prospecting and negotiation with new clients. * Management of operational incidents and immediate resolution of unforeseen issues. **Professional Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation or heavy fleet management. * Knowledge of federal transportation regulations, road safety and heavy vehicle operations. * Proficiency in logistics software, GPS tracking and administrative reporting. * Experience in managing operational personnel and administrative control. **Competencies** * Strong and clear leadership. * Organization and strategic thinking. * Decision-making under pressure. * Negotiation and effective communication. * Results-driven and efficiency-oriented.
