Food industry company is seeking a Quality Assistant: Requirements: * Completed engineering or related bachelor's degree (Mandatory). * Experience in the position (minimum 2 years). * Experience in the food industry (Mandatory). * Knowledge of basic laboratory operations, use of glassware. * Knowledge of Mexican food regulations. * Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (Mandatory). Responsibilities: * Weighing ingredients according to preparation recipes. * Scale verification. * Basic pH analysis. * Conduct AGLs and TPMs. * Support activities related to the quality and food safety management system as required by the Quality Analyst (review of GMPs, records, pest control support, process inspections, etc).
