Junior Production Line Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure production processes are executed according to established quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Verify that **team members follow procedures, instructions, and product specifications**.
* Monitor critical production parameters (temperature, time, weight, etc.) and record deviations.
* Coordinate **product changeovers, cleaning, shift start-up, and shift closure**, ensuring proper traceability.
* Report and address **incidents or deviations** in process, machinery, or finished product.
* Lead, coordinate, and motivate the **team** to achieve daily production, quality, and safety targets.
* Foster a **positive, orderly, and safe work environment**.
* Supervise staff **attendance, punctuality, and performance**.
* Train personnel on **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and operational procedures.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field / Technical Diploma in Bioprocesses or Industrial fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** as Production Supervisor (Facilitator) in the **food industry**, with Global Certifications such as Kosher, HACCP, etc. Team management and leadership experience is mandatory.
**Knowledge:**
* Food safety.
* Solid knowledge of GMP.
* Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance strategies.
* 5S.
