Opportunity to apply advanced knowledge in networking and systems. **Job Objective** Provide technical support to company users on matters related to email, device configuration, networks, printers, and systems, as well as administer email backups and perform maintenance on the organization's technological services. The primary objective is to guarantee IT service operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Email account configuration and support (Outlook, Webmail, POP, IMAP, Exchange). * Troubleshooting email sending and receiving issues. * Signature configuration, PST file management, and email migration between devices. * Printer, computer, and peripheral support. * Email backup administration. * LAN and WiFi network configuration. * Connectivity diagnostics for modems, routers, and switches. * Basic hosting and webmail administration. * Software installation and updates. * Preventive equipment maintenance. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Outlook configuration. * Webmail and email server management. * PST file administration. * TCP/IP networking. * Windows 10 and Windows 11\ support. * Hardware diagnostics. * Router and WiFi network configuration. **Candidate Profile** * Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support. * Ability to resolve end-user technical issues. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented attitude. **Key Competencies** * Service orientation and user empathy. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and proactive attitude.
