Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer Engineer with experience in machining center programming, CAD/CAM operation, machine setup and assembly, and machining verification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advanced CAD/CAM system operation with process simulation 2. CNC programming (G and M codes) and toolpath configuration 3. CAM software usage (Mastercam, SolidCAM) and technical drawing interpretation Join our team CNC Programmer required Engineer with CNC programming experience for machining centers Responsibilities 1\.\- Advanced CAD/CAM system operation with process simulation. 2\.\- CNC programming (G and M codes), toolpath configuration, spindle speeds and feed rates, program export and loading onto the CNC machine. 3\.\- Machine setup and assembly: selection and installation of appropriate cutting tools; initial calibration (workpiece zero, tool offsets). 4\.\- Machining execution and verification: running the CNC program and monitoring operations; dimensional inspection of the first part. 5\.\- Programming of CNC equipment both via software and at the machine for production of custom parts. 6\.\- CAM software usage (Mastercam, SolidCAM). 7\.\- Advanced technical drawing interpretation. 8\.\- Cutting tool and machining parameter selection Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
