Job Description: * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software issues. * Install and configure hardware and software on computing devices. * Knowledge of and ability to maintain servers and security systems. * Provide technical support via CRM and ERP systems, email, or phone. * Prepare quotations and follow up with IT vendors. * Schedule software updates on servers. * Assist users with remote connections. * Travel to branches as required. * Install and configure security cameras and DVRs. * Familiarity with operating systems and networks.
