Job Objective: Ensure that operations and information of systems and technological platforms are available at Headquarters as well as at project sites. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, database management, and technological infrastructure administration (software, hardware, networks, etc.). * Knowledge of software: Windows, macOS, Office 365, CONTPAQ, ASPEL, SQL Server, among others. * Willingness and ability to relocate. * Artificial Intelligence tools. * English proficiency preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (diagnosis and solutions). * Manage technological assets. * Liaise with technology service providers. * Administer, manage, and support: Databases, Servers, Information Security and Backups, Networks and Communication Services, Operating Systems, Security Services, and Internal Projects. * Organize technological training and promote best practices among staff. **Skills and Competencies:** * Problem-solving. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Strong analytical and evaluative capacity. * Excellent interpretation skills. * Initiative and preventive attitude.
