If you are passionate about technology and want to work on innovative projects, this is your opportunity! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * Experience: +2 years in similar roles. * Demonstrable technical knowledge in manual testing. * Ability to work in a team and collaboratively. * Availability to adapt to new tools or work environments. * **Job location:** Zacatecas, Zacatecas, 100% on-site. **Objective:** Perform thorough testing to identify and resolve potential errors or failures in computer solutions. Responsible for analyzing, together with the requirements analyst and UX/UI designer, the continuous improvement of the user experience. **Candidate Profile:** * Solid knowledge of software quality assurance processes. * Analytical ability to interpret functional and technical requirements. * Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to document findings clearly and systematically. * Proactive, with communication skills to interact with developers, analysts, and other QA members. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports. * Proficiency in functional testing, regression, integration, smoke testing, and UAT methodologies. * Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools such as **JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Bugzilla, or similar.** * Basic understanding of databases and use of SQL queries for data validation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Desirable: experience testing mobile and/or web applications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, document, and execute test cases based on functional requirements. * Report and follow up on defects identified during testing. * Validate fixes implemented by the development team. * Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases. * Participate in team planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes. **We Offer:** * Stable project with opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Continuous training in QA tools and methodologies. * Standard and above-standard benefits.
