Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Execute timely calls to customers for shipments entered into Shipment Control by following the daily coordination process of shipments and customer calls, to evaluate and manage customer attention, service, and support. Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Generate reports for shipments requiring them, by monitoring incidents related to shipments according to the operational cycle process, to notify and coordinate shipments promptly.
