**Full Job Description** Education: Civil engineer, licensed architect with professional license. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects, finishes, electrical installations, HVAC, and special installations. **2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS CONSTRUCTION PLANNER** **90% PROFICIENCY IN PROJECT MANAGER SOFTWARE** **WORK LOCATION: GUADALAJARA AIRPORT** **Responsibilities:** **The** **planner** **on** **a** **construction** **site** **is** **essential** **to** **ensure** **project** **planning,** **execution,** **and\*** successfulcompletionofconstructionprojects,actingasalinkeramongdifferentteamsandensuringthatdeadlinesandbudgetsaremet.\* **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the project master plan (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, and communication). * Manage schedules, risk matrices, critical paths, and variance analysis. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project, reporting deviations and defining corrective actions. * Represent the project before clients, authorities, supervisors, and stakeholders. * Desired qualifications: Project Management, Construction Management, MBA with a focus on Project Management, or certifications in Project Management (PMP®, CAPM®, Scrum Master, Project Management diploma). * Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in construction. * Minimum 2 years leading medium- and large-scale projects using Project Management methodologies. * Demonstrable experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, contractors, quality, and deliverables. * Technical knowledge: * Project management (PMBOK, agile and traditional methodologies). * Construction site control, budgeting, planning and cost control, scheduling, critical path method (MS Project or similar).
