Job Functions: • Properly, timely, transparently, and honestly carry out all procedures related to the opening of stores, as well as those necessary for the smooth daily operation of existing stores, always seeking the benefit of the company. Specific Responsibilities and Decisions: • Conduct physical inspections of sites intended for new branch openings, completing the feasibility form and highlighting key points regarding opening conditions, and sending it to the contracts lawyer within no more than five business days. • Correctly carry out all procedures related to store openings. • Carry out or verify, from the site's feasibility standpoint, that properties have commercial zoning with the specification of minisuper and the total surface area to be leased, before the municipal and/or state urban development authority. • Process all required procedures to obtain construction permits for new store projects before the urban development authority within no more than one month. • Process all required procedures to obtain remodeling permits in cases involving only minor construction work for branch openings, in coordination with the Expansion Manager, who must provide a descriptive report detailing the work to be performed. • Fulfill within no more than fifteen days all requirements for contracting electrical service installation for our new branches with the Federal Electricity Commission, follow up on connection, and ensure enrollment in centralized billing. • Comply with annual or bimonthly water payments to Municipal Potable Water Systems to ensure proper store operations, always seeking the lowest cost for the company. • Directly manage with the corresponding district or municipal authorities the acquisition of operating licenses, civil protection approval, and any other permits enabling the legal operation of our branches.
