




**Job Description** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Timely and proper processing of municipal and government permits, as well as related services, for new business openings, and tracking governmental applications to ensure proper operations. **SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS:** 1. Process land-use permits 2. Process environmental licenses 3. Process commercial licenses 4. Process advertising permits 5. Follow up on observations from Civil Protection inspections 6. Apply for COFEPRIS permits 7. Apply for CFE permits 8. Apply for telephone line service with TELMEX 9. Sign lease agreements with landlords 10. Follow up on observations from COFEPRIS supervision visits 11. Pay annual renewal fees for commercial licenses 12. Pay annual renewal fees for vehicle fleet circulation cards 13. Prepare weekly progress reports on administrative tasks **SKILLS:** 1. Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles 2. Proficiency in computer equipment usage 3. Microsoft Office Suite 4.
