Position Summary: A leading IT company is seeking an ERP Support Executive to handle customer requests and incidents, document and diagnose issues, and track their resolution within ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer incident handling and follow-up for ERP systems 2. Analysis and documentation of system requests and issues 3. Participation in software development and consulting processes A well-established, prominent information technology company with over 20 years of experience in software development, consulting, and support invites you to join its team as an ERP SUPPORT EXECUTIVE. Respond to customer-reported requests and incidents; document and diagnose incidents; track their resolution; identify system-related problems. PROFILE: \- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or Computer Science REQUIREMENTS: \- \+ 1 year of experience in customer support for ERP systems. \- Degree holder \- Basic accounting knowledge \- SQL Server proficiency \- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems \- Organized \- Sense of urgency and responsibility \- Assertive communication RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Incident and request analysis \- Customer support (via telephone, messaging, email, remote connection) \- Request tracking: verify accurate analysis jointly with the customer and development team, and monitor completion and delivery of development; ensure adherence to committed timelines and deadlines. \- Documentation within CRM and support-related documents (Lifecycle, Requirements Document) \- Tracking of SUPPORT KPIs \- Backup and maintenance of test environments GENERAL SKILLS: \- Friendly \- Excellent communication skills \- Excellent writing skills \- Honest \- Organized \- Adaptability \- Planning ability \- Resilient WE OFFER: \- Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s location and experience \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \- Working hours: Monday–Friday Please note that all recruitment processes at AB Systems are completely free of charge for candidates.
