Management of Training Projects and Events Total Release training events (on time and as planned) including supplier negotiation; calendar planning; event coordination and evaluation analysis of the training event. Delivery of Courses/Workshops/Seminars Partial Delivery of training events related to development of cultural pillars and/or values (Induction; Leadership; Service; Innovation etc..) Management of e\-learning Platform Partial User management; training programs and courses uploaded to the Posadas e\-learning platform. Development of online and blended programs based on the e\-learning platform Design and Development of In-Person Courses Partial Analyze internal requirements and based on them design and develop internal courses that address training needs in the corporate (Cultural Pillars) or technical areas.
