Requirements: * Valid TN Visa, B1\-B2 visa, and passport. * Technical high school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of two years of experience in installation, alignment, and fastening of metal structures in automotive plants. * Knowledge of reading structural blueprints and software operation (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures desirable, SolidWorks Viewer, Bluebeam). * Supervisory experience, personnel management, and client interaction skills. * Intermediate English proficiency B1 \-B2 Responsibilities: * Assembly and installation of metal structures (racks, supports, platforms, mezzanines). * Alignment and leveling of conveyors, shafts, rollers, and structures. * Use optical levels and total stations to verify verticality and alignment. * Interpretation of structural and mechanical drawings. * Laser marking and positioning of supports and accessories. * Working at heights following safety protocols (scaffolds, platforms). * Cutting, drilling, and fastening components (anchors, bolts, base plates). * Structural welding using MIG and stick welding for carbon steel. * Operation of material handling equipment (telehandler, forklift, boom lift, scissor lift). * Preparation of basic installation reports and photographic logs.
