Provide support to different supply chain teams with accurate and timely information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Confirm daily with farmers the departure of scheduled shipments and assign purchase orders. * Capture and enter confirmed purchase orders into the system. * Generate reports of scheduled entries for the tracking team. * Receive and validate shipping documentation (invoices, manifests, transportation and crossing data). * Create direct shipment plans and send weekly schedules to growers. * Make adjustments to load dates and presentations upon request. * Address and resolve inquiries from planners, inbound, outbound, warehouse staff, and growers. * Generate daily closing reports and notify involved teams. **Candidate Profile:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or technical career related (commerce, administration, logistics, international relations, etc.). * Experience: 1 to 2 years in **procurement, purchasing, logistics, order administration, or supply chain**. * ERP system knowledge (preferably NAV) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * **Advanced intermediate English**. * Skills: attention to detail, organization, effective communication, and teamwork. * Must have personal transportation. **Offers:** * Salary: **$19,440 monthly** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm** * Statutory benefits from day one * **30 days year-end bonus** Upon signing a permanent contract: * Major Medical Insurance (includes dental and vision) * Minor Medical Insurance (consultations, medications, diagnostic tests) * Life Insurance Location: La Pradera, El Marques Qro **Desired education level:** Higher education - graduated **Desired experience level:** Mid Level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Agriculture *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=68e9b7623e000030001d5683&source=indeed*
