As part of a Tier 1 automotive supplier, the team operates at the intersection of engineering, quality, production, and customer requirements, driving flawless execution from concept to SOP (Start of Production). **What you can look forward to as Launch Management Coordinator?** * Responsible for managing the Production Part Approval Process related activities for the new Launches under his/her responsibility in accordance to the ZF TRW’s standard and ZF TRW’s new product introduction management process. * Ensure that machinery, material, personnel, work methods and quality systems are prepared to produce new releases according to requirements. * PPAP management and control according to the AIAG standards. * Ensure product structure created on MRP system. * Review the Drawing for correctness and completeness, verify the tolerances are achievable with the required capability, provide the feedback on similar process/product failure modes (Lessons Learned). * Support with the core team for develop the Process Control Plan, design/review/evaluate gages and Instruments to be used in production, conduct MSA, customer liaison for all the quality related activities during the launch of the program. * These activities require full coordination with the complete cross functional team.
