**We are looking for:** CCTV Security Coordinator **Objective:** To monitor, through CCTV cameras, the different areas of the facilities in order to safeguard the physical integrity of people, assets, and installations. **Functions:** 1. Supervise the operational status of CCTV cameras by conducting visual checks of servers and operating screens to ensure functionality and optimal condition. 2. Inspect the visibility of CCTV cameras by performing sweeps across different areas to verify that their view is not obstructed, ensuring constant surveillance of required zones, enabling incident detection and timely reporting to the responsible party for resolution. 3. Monitor security personnel through video surveillance, observing various areas and their performance, communicating via radio any issues they may not have noticed at the moment, or reporting to the responsible person to correct deficiencies and/or support the staff member in case of an incident. 4. Visually and audibly supervise temperature panels, electric fences, and fire alarm systems; in case of an alert due to an emergency, notify the responsible person to take necessary actions, and simultaneously inform the affected area to conduct an inspection and proceed with evacuation if required. 5. Support the investigations team by reviewing recordings from various cameras where an incident occurred, providing information if evidence is found that can assist in their investigation. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position Intermediate to advanced level in Excel and Office 365 suite Knowledge of electronic security CCTV certification Availability to work 12 x 12 hour shifts Work location: El Marqués, Querétaro **We offer:** Salary: $20,000 gross monthly (paid biweekly) Statutory benefits from day one Savings fund Benefits
