**Bringing people together drives us — Join Estafeta!** We are looking for a **Freight Forwarding Operations Executive.** **Position Objective.** Manage the national Freight Forwarding operations area by monitoring expenses, advances, provisions, and guarantees to ensure their accurate and timely transmission to the International Administration team. **Job Functions or Activities.** Manage Freight Forwarding operations. Execute revalidation processes for maritime BLs and air waybills. Follow up and liaise with departments involved in supplier payment management, accounts payable, and treasury. Manage expenses generated in the area: invoicing, advances, guarantees, and provisions for accurate retransmission to the administrative department. Monitor carrier credit balances and update data (bank accounts and payment application procedures). Generate guarantee recovery reports. Analyze supplier information. Prepare system backups. **Requirements.** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related field. Advanced English. Experience in international trade, international logistics, and International Freight Forwarding Agent Networks. **What We Offer You.** Base monthly salary, biweekly payments: $21,000 gross per month.
