HVAC Air Conditioning Engineer
**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in HVAC air conditioning systems, who will be responsible for the supervision, monitoring, and coordination of activities related to critical infrastructure systems in a data center located in Querétaro. This role will focus on ensuring the proper operation of facilities through report generation, alarm response, and coordination with the maintenance team to resolve any incidents. **Job Requirements** 1\. Academic Background: * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar electrical maintenance positions. * Technical studies in electricity, mechanics, or related fields (vocational or technical high school level). * Previous experience in data centers or supervision of critical systems is highly valued. * Mechanical engineers with incomplete degrees are also considered. 2\. Technical Knowledge: * Basic electrical and mechanical theory. * Familiarity and/or knowledge of HVAC air conditioning systems, UPS, and generators. * Basic knowledge of monitoring systems (BMS, SCADA, or others). 3\. Skills: * Basic/intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel). * Ability to generate clear and accurate reports. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to coordinate maintenance activities. * Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and maintenance teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor critical systems in the data center using monitoring tools. * Review and manage system-generated alarms, reporting any incidents to the help desk. * Conduct physical rounds to inspect equipment and facility conditions. * Prepare structured and timely shift-based inspection reports. * Coordinate with the maintenance team for fault resolution, ensuring work is properly executed and systems are restored to operational status. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in client follow-up meetings, providing updates on facility operational status. * Immediately report any relevant operational issues. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts. Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. * Work Location: San Miguel Galindo, Querétaro. Near Hotel Fiesta Americana. A personal vehicle is required to reach the location. * Salary: 19,000 gross nominal per month + additional support of up to 4,000 per month for gasoline and transportation expenses.
