




**Job Description:** We are looking for staff for a corporate office located in the city of Querétaro, with customer service and attention skills, administrative ability, and orientation towards office sales and rentals, proactive with excellent presentation. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree desirable) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative positions * Sales skills with results orientation * **IMPORTANT:** Availability to work primarily at **El Refugio** and other **3 different locations** on a rotational basis **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing facilities * Supervision of areas and facilities * Administrative record keeping and package handling * Coordination with suppliers * Answering calls and attending to customers * Receiving visitors * Office and meeting room reservations * Support in office sales and rentals, ensuring goal achievement * Rotation among the 4 office locations as scheduled **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Compensation:** * Base salary: $10,000 monthly net * Performance bonus: $1,250 monthly (based on system compliance, punctuality, and sales/rental performance) * Sales commissions Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have availability to work onsite in El Refugio, Querétaro? * Do you have availability to rotate between locations (El Refugio, Bernardo Quintana, Centro Sur, and Antea)? * What is your salary expectation?
