**The position is:** **LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT** **TO DESIGN \_Parks, Green Areas, Gardens, Amenities, Commercial Irrigation Systems** We are located in the **municipality of El Marqués**, Cp. 76246; in the state of Querétaro, located **next to the Eco Centro Expositor.** **Working hours for the position: \*Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm with 1 hour lunch break\*** \*Objective\*: **Develop and design** projects such as parks, green areas, in commercial and residential zones, amenities, gardens in house lots for developers, ensuring aesthetic, functional, technical, and budgetary objectives are met. **Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience designing projects such as parks, gardens, soccer fields, golf courses, amenities in condominiums and/or apartments.** Requirements **Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Architecture\_ Graduated with professional license (mandatory)** **"Specialization in Landscape Architecture"** **BASIC\-INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF ORNAMENTAL PLANTS, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS** AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP Montages and Renders **\*\*\*\*General Activities** Garden design “Irrigation system” design Conceptual proposals for gardens, green spaces, and related areas. Preparation of sketches and photographic reports Work progress report vs financial progress in % for billing Preparation of blueprints, technical specifications, cost estimates, quantifications Preparation of cost breakdowns, including their locations (itemized) Preparation of requisitions for gardening and irrigation construction materials (plants, trees, shrubs, or any vegetation required on site) Quantify materials (vegetation, rock, mesh, and various supplies). Control of project budgets, timelines, and resources.
