




ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST PROFILE Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience Administration / Accounting (essential) CFDIs / SAT Portal (essential) OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT ERP, state, municipal and federal procedures, basic technical knowledge of finance and accounting. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, 5S, KPIs Ensure proper administrative and financial management of the company by efficiently collecting accounts receivable, correctly updating and safeguarding customer and supplier files and contracts, and fulfilling tax obligations through the preparation and review of corresponding CFDIs. Optimize accounts payable scheduling and assist in bank account reconciliations, customer and supplier accounts to ensure their correct accounting treatment; always focused on continuous improvement. \- Collect outstanding payments owed to the company. Safeguard and update customer and supplier files and contracts. \- Prepare income CFDIs, expense CFDIs, payment complements, and any others required to meet the company's tax obligations. \- Review CFDIs issued by suppliers to verify alignment with purchases and/or purchase commitments made by the company. \- Manage the scheduling of the company's accounts payable. \- Assist in performing bank account reconciliations, as well as customer and supplier account reconciliations, to ensure their correct accounting application. \- Handle and manage assigned administrative procedures, provide and safeguard the company's legal documentation. \- Support the establishment and implementation of credit, collections, and payment policies necessary for the effective operation of the department. Generate applicable statistics and metrics for the area. \- Document processes under their responsibility or in which they are involved, and innovate in processes to ensure continuous improvement within the department. \- Perform other administrative tasks assigned, and any others inherent to the position held. \- Participate in the Integrated Food Safety Management System (SGCI) to guarantee product quality and safety.
