Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical EHS Coordinator to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As an EHS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety practices. * Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations * Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace * Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions * Provide EHS training to employees at all levels of the organization * Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, preparing reports for management * Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations * Manage and maintain EHS documentation, including permits, safety data sheets, and training records * Stay up\-to\-date with changes in EHS regulations and industry best practices * Coordinate with regulatory agencies and represent the company during EHS audits and inspections * Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field * 3\-5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings * Relevant EHS certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) * In\-depth knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards * Proficiency in EHS management systems and software platforms * Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish * Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations * Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS\-specific software * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in EHS performance * Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams and all levels of management
