**At CAMFRI, we don’t just move products…** We move ideas, we move people, and above all: *we move results.* *We are a Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and 4PL operational services,* ***multi\-temperature,*** *with presence in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.* Today, we seek a strategic, organized, and powerful mind… A ***Warehouse Supervisor*** *who will elevate warehouse operations to the next level by addressing operational needs to optimize loading, unloading, and storage processes…* *We want the person capable of maintaining full control over inventory and movements within the warehouse.* Profile: * Education: High school diploma * Minimum experience: **1 year** * Knowledge of RP (Receiving & Putaway) in warehousing * Multi-temperature storage * Good storage practices (Perishable goods control) * Good documentation practices * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Ability to work under pressure Key Responsibilities: * Supervise proper order picking for customers, respecting FIFO\-FEFO expiration date principles * Supervise correct receipt of incoming products into the warehouse and placement in assigned locations to optimize space utilization * Supervise delivery of picked products to the shipping area to ensure product quality and safety * Review product expiration dates to prevent losses due to short shelf life * Report anomalies in loading, unloading, and storage processes to relevant departments to reduce warehouse errors * Coordinate with security personnel on loading/unloading statuses to communicate vehicle delays * Manage promotional product inventory control and ensure accurate logbook entries to safeguard inventory * Continuous supervision and management of direct reports * Measure and record KPIs for general helpers and forklift operators to analyze productivity, attendance, and order status CAMFRI Benefits: * Competitive salary * Real growth and development opportunities * High-performance work environment * Challenging and impactful projects * State-of-the-art facilities * Ongoing training and development * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements "We invite you to explore our job openings\* https://camfri.com/bolsa\-de\-trabajo/ Here, there is no room for the ordinary.
