At CYACSA, we specialize in the supply, manufacturing, and assembly of metal structures for any type of construction project. **Job Objective** Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring accurate financial information integration and compliance with current tax regulations. **1\. Responsibilities and Duties** * Record accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general journal). * Enter data into the accounting system. * Reconcile bank accounts. * Control and archive accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, journal entries). * Review and validate digital tax receipts (CFDI). * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare basic accounting and financial reports. * Assist in internal or external audits. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records. **2\. Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting **Experience** * 1–2 years in general accounting (preferred) **Knowledge** * General accounting * Financial Information Standards (NIF) * Tax calculation (VAT, Income Tax) * CFDI management * Bank reconciliations * Accounting systems (CONTPAQi, SAP, or others) * Office software suite (Intermediate Excel) **3\.
