This position will coordinate required work activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes performs work in accordance with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. **Job Description** Coordinate the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant delivery of electrical logging services in wells, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of operational and financial objectives.* **Planning and Coordination:** + Develop work plans for electrical logging operations, considering resources, equipment, and personnel. + Coordinate logistics for critical tools, materials, and equipment to ensure timely availability. * **Operational Management:** + Supervise field service execution, ensuring adherence to BHGE procedures and standards. + Monitor operational progress, anticipate deviations, and implement corrective actions. * **Customer Relationship:** + Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer during planning and execution. + Identify opportunities to optimize services and strengthen commercial relationships. * **Cost Control and Profitability:** + Analyze operational costs and ensure project profitability. + Prepare post-operation reports with performance analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. * **HSE Compliance:** + Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures across all operations. + Lead safety initiatives, participate in audits, and promote the STOP WORK culture. * **Quality and Reliability:** + Ensure correct application of quality standards for electrical logging. + Lead continuous improvement actions and track quality incidents. **Requisitos del Puesto | To be successful in this role you will:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** + Minimum 5 years in Wireline Logging operations. + Experience in project coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams. * **Competencies:** + Leadership, effective communication, customer orientation, data analysis. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Electrical logging tools and technologies, data interpretation, HSE standards. **Trabajar con nosotros** Our people are at the center of everything we do at Baker Hughes.
