Promotion of a positive work environment and mutual respect among colleagues. **Job Description** **Overview:** Ensure compliance with established goals in Safety, Quality, and Production. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prioritize the safety of personnel under your supervision. * Report unsafe conditions and actively participate in their correction. * Instill in personnel the importance of avoiding unsafe acts. * Achieve established quality goals (zero holds, zero customer complaints). * Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled shift start time for shift handover (communication and follow-up on pending items from the previous shift). * Start the production line on time. * Complete the daily roll assigned by the supervisor (material preparation, entering personnel into Protrack, initiating shift on time). * Monitor and resolve daily line issues (Line Downs = 0, C-Holds, Reworks = 0, Scale Downs, Line Clarification, etc.). * Be available to support after your shift if any pending items remain unresolved during your shift. * Implement the “First In, First Out (FIFO)” principle. * Follow up on orders from the previous shift. * Ensure personnel remain logged into Protrack and make required updates for each work order. * Meet established time standards for each operation (packaging, component placement, sealing). * Adhere to established methods (use of tray for first sample, use of spacer for start-end sequence, use of cones, etc.). * Maintain continuous processing on your line. * Foster teamwork. * Always address coworkers respectfully (core values). * Promote a positive work environment. * Comply with company regulations and policies. **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of production experience. * Knowledge of quality criteria. * Personnel management experience. * Software skills: Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * AS400 knowledge. * English proficiency: 80%. **Skills:** * Communication. * Teamwork. * Proactive. * Results-oriented. * Leadership. * Ability to work under pressure. **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree.
