Position Summary: We are seeking a Swimming Pool Coordinator to supervise aquatic activities, conduct swimming classes, organize the teaching staff, and ensure an excellent experience for students and parents. At Veloswim, we seek a **Swimming Pool Coordinator** responsible for supervising activities within the aquatic area, ensuring proper operation of swimming classes, organizing the teaching staff, and delivering an excellent experience for students and their parents. The person in this role will coordinate the instructor team, follow up on lesson plans, and resolve operational incidents arising during daily operations. Responsibilities * Supervise the proper delivery of swimming classes. * Coordinate and support the teaching staff. * Follow up on lesson plans and teaching methodology. * Organize student groups, schedules, and lane assignments in the pool. * Address questions or issues raised by students and parents. * Resolve operational incidents related to the pool area. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations. * Prepare reports or activity tracking for the area. Requirements * Experience in teaching swimming or conducting aquatic activities. * Experience coordinating work teams (preferred). * Ability to manage groups. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Leadership attitude and sense of responsibility.
