Our services include project development, consultancy and liaison with energy sector operators and regulators in Mexico for interconnection and connection of Power Plants and Load Centers to General Distribution Networks and the National Transmission Network, as well as legal and corporate services within the energy sector. **Position Description:** As Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business’s key administrative functions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the company’s financial, operational, and budgetary control. You will play a strategic role in decision-making and in implementing processes that strengthen operations. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with tax and fiscal regulations. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our offices located on Avenida México, Guadalajara, JAL. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, and General Administration. * Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with fiscal, financial, and operational requirements. * Prepare and present financial statements, executive reports, and monthly projections to the General Management. * Manage and monitor the company’s overall budget. * Establish administrative and financial KPIs. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Supervise compliance with fiscal, legal, and labor obligations. * Optimize procurement processes, supplier payments, and expense control. * Collaborate in the company’s strategic planning from an administrative perspective. * Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and propose quick wins. * Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects. * Monitor implementation of new tools (ERP, CRM, etc.). * Coordinate work teams with positive leadership, clarity, and results orientation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Ability to supervise accounting operations and ensure compliance with fiscal and tax regulations. * Experience in talent development, leading high-performing teams, and project administration. * Proficiency in accounting and administrative tools (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP, Advanced Excel, Google Workspace). * Strategic vision, analytical thinking, and process improvement focus. * Ability to interact effectively with senior management and technical departments. * English proficiency desirable (able to conduct work-related conversations). * Relevant experience: 3 years or more. **Interested candidates please send your updated CV to: Admin@row.energy** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
