Job Summary: Perform maintenance and technical support, ensuring client configuration, conducting equipment inspections and deliveries, and training users on service usage. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role involving physical maintenance and technical support. 2. Direct interaction with customers for installation and training. 3. Proficient handling of software and hardware with customer service experience. **Responsibilities**: * Maintain the configuration designed for the client * Verify that no files exist outside the client's configuration * Assemble equipment and pick up goods * Create tickets immediately when providing on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every three months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC for agreement-based clients and label the identifier * Train clients on how to request support **Requirements**: * Customer service experience * Completed technical high school diploma * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (preferred) **Conditions**: * Salary: $14,000 MXN * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday half-day remote work * Work location: Chapalita Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 MXN per month License/Certification: * Driver's license (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
