Job Summary: Pollo Giro is seeking an experienced cashier to handle payments, take orders, serve customers, and perform cash reconciliations in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. We seek sharp, energetic people who add zest to customer service. **What Will You Do?** **Payment & Billing:** Handle cash register operations, bank terminals, and delivery apps with zero errors **Order Taking:** Receive orders at the counter, by phone, and via digital platforms **Customer Service:** Greet customers, recommend combos, resolve inquiries, and bid farewell with positive energy **Cash Reconciliation:** Perform partial and final cash counts, report discrepancies, and submit reconciliation reports **General Support:** Pack takeout orders, keep your work area clean, and restock napkins/sauces **What We Look for in You** Minimum 6 months of experience in cashiering, sales, or customer service Numerical aptitude, accurate change calculation, and ability to detect counterfeit bills Service-oriented attitude and efficiency during peak hours Completed secondary education Flexible availability, including weekends and rotating public holidays Verifiable honesty **What We Offer You:** Base salary: $2,205 weekly + $195 attendance bonus + daily tips Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, and year-end bonus starting Day 1 Bonuses: Attendance-based Training: We'll train you on our system and standards **Interested?** Send your CV or application to: auxadmin@pollogiro.com Or visit Pollo Giro’s Las Águilas branch directly at Av 18 de Marzo 2134, Las Águilas, 45080 Zapopan, Jal., with a completed application form.
