We are seeking a Dispatch Manager responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper preparation, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders, guaranteeing on-time delivery, inventory control, and compliance with operational and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of customer orders (in-store pickup and deliveries). Verify product assortment, quantities, and condition prior to shipment. Supervise the loading, unloading, and delivery of goods. Manage documentation, delivery routes, and dispatch timelines. Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the dispatch area. Address order-related incidents and follow up until resolution. Coordinate and supervise the operational dispatch team. Comply with company procedures and policies. Requirements Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as head of dispatch, delivery, warehouse, or logistics operations in retail. Knowledge of order management, inventory control, and customer service. Experience managing operational staff. Availability to work rotating shifts. Required Profile: Operational focus.
