Raw Materials Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring a continuous raw material flow, guaranteeing inventory control, incoming quality, and unloading efficiency, eliminating losses and bottlenecks. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the receipt and inventory control of raw materials. 2. Optimize the yard layout and flow to prevent production stoppages. 3. Manage the operational team and coordinate with other key departments. Will be responsible for ensuring a continuous raw material flow, guaranteeing full inventory control, incoming quality, proper classification, and efficient unloading times, eliminating losses, rework, and production bottlenecks Main Responsibilities -coordinate receipt of pallets and raw materials -Control physical inventory vs system (Odoo) -Define acceptance, rejection, and classification criteria -Optimize yard layout and flow -Supervise unloading and maneuvering times -Coordinate classification (pole, heel, reusable, waste) -Prevent production stoppages due to material shortages -Manage operational team (yard and receiving) -Coordinate with purchasing, production, and quality -Implement cycle counts and loss control. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience Age: between 28 and 45 years Knowledge: Efficiency, Team Management, Quality, Inventory Control, Industrial Engineering, Inventory, Microsoft Excel, Odoo, Receiving
